General Committee Supremacy
Under OSA's by-laws the General Committee is the highest authority of the organization. In the annual general meeting, general members approve the annual work plan, budget, annual report and annual audit.
Elected Executive Committee
General members elect an Executive Committee for a two-year term. The Executive Committee oversees the organization between annual general meetings.
Bank-Operated, Properly Accounted Funds
All funds, whether from subscriptions, grants, donations or loans, are kept and operated through bank accounts with proper accounting.
Annual Independent Audit and Reporting
Accounts are audited by Government approved Chartered Accountant firms and reported to the OSA General Committee and to the Government and funding agencies.

Policy is set by elected committees; the Executive Director and staff carry out the work.

Accounting and audit
How OSA's funds are kept, accounted for and audited, as set out in its organizational profile.
All OSA funds are kept and operated through bank accounts with proper accounting. Accounts are audited by Government approved Chartered Accountant firms and reported to the OSA General Committee and to the Government and funding agencies.
OSA's income comes from membership subscription, well-wishers' contribution, donations from partner NGOs and donor agencies, income generating activities, and target groups' participation.
